Making Money Online - Avoid the Google Duplicate Content Penalty

I have read many times over that Google penalizes pages for having duplicate content. The question is, what exactly is duplicate content? In my research I have found no single answer, I have read a lot of theories as to what it is. Some people think that duplicate content means the same content that is found elsewhere on the web is duplicate content. Others think that duplicate content is the same content duplicated from the same site.

I am not going to speculate on what I think duplicate content is, because I have no idea. Now, going by the first assumption that duplicate content is that which is found elsewhere on the web, that would mean that submitting our articles to many different article directories would be duplicate content. Personally, since I do not know for sure what is considered duplicate content I avoid it all together.

What I do with my articles is I write an article and submit it to EzineArticles. I take that article and I spin it. By spinning, I mean to change the content slightly. I do this for each and every directory I am going to submit to. There are some programs out there to help you be more efficient at spinning your articles. I have tested a few of them and none of them are really any better than any of the others. I currently have one that I use periodically, I paid $47 for it. It is not worth $47, in fact none of them are. It is however worth $10. The fortunate thing about this spinning program is that I can resell it. The program is called Duplicate Content Detonator and I am reselling it for $9.99. Click here to get your copy. It is available all over the web, but not at this price.
